These terms govern access to https://query-nodehub.digital and engagements with Query Nodehub Co., Ltd. (“Query Nodehub,” “we,” “us”) for in-app conversion funnel analysis and related advisory work. By using this site or commissioning our work, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you browse the site, submit a contact form, or sign a statement of work, you confirm that you have authority to act for your organisation and that you accept these terms together with any written proposal we issue.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of Funnel Reviews, workshops, and measurement reviews are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and timeline. Pricing pages do not constitute an offer to contract at a fixed price without confirmation.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate materials, lawful access to staging builds or recordings, and contacts able to answer taxonomy questions. You remain responsible for decisions you make after receiving our recommendations.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing methods, templates, and frameworks remain our property. Deliverables prepared uniquely for you under a paid engagement are licensed to your organisation for internal use. You may not resell our reports as a standalone product. Site content, branding, and copy remain owned by Query Nodehub Co., Ltd.

Confidentiality

We treat app recordings, event dictionaries, and commercial metrics as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue following product changes you implement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless a signed statement of work specifies otherwise.
