Query Nodehub Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through https://query-nodehub.digital and related enquiry channels about our in-app conversion funnel analysis services.

Data we collect

When you contact us we may collect your name, email address, organisation, engagement preference, funnel stage of interest, and the content of your message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie data is described on our cookies page.

Purposes

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, improve site usability (if analytics cookies are accepted), and meet legal obligations in Thailand.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active contract, dispute, or legal duty. Contract files follow the retention period stated in the statement of work, typically six years for accounting records.

Sharing
