Refunds & rescheduling

This policy applies to paid engagements with Query Nodehub Co., Ltd. for in-app conversion funnel analysis — Full Funnel Audits, Drop-off Diagnosis Sessions, and Measurement Plan Reviews. It does not cover software subscriptions or physical goods, which we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refund requests must relate to a paid engagement referenced on an invoice or statement of work. Informational browsing of this website does not create a refundable purchase.

Timeframe

Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@query-nodehub.digital at least five business days before a scheduled workshop date, or before we begin walkthrough work on an audit or desk review.

Full refund

A full refund is available when we have not started preparation (no materials reviewed, no calendar hold confirmed within 48 hours of payment) and you cancel in writing within seven days of payment.

Partial refund

If preparation has begun but no readout or workshop has occurred, we may refund 50% of fees after deducting documented preparation time. Once a readout, workshop, or final markup has been delivered, fees for that engagement are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed readouts, workshops, and delivered measurement markups
• Third-party travel booked with your prior written approval
• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in a statement of work after a kickoff call

Cancellation & rescheduling

Workshops may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 4,000 calendar fee. Audits paused by the client for more than 30 days may require a restart fee quoted in writing.

No-shows

If your participants do not attend a confirmed workshop and you did not cancel in time, the session fee is charged in full. We will offer one courtesy reschedule at our discretion.

Work already started

Time already spent on walkthroughs, event mapping, or document markup is billable and reduces any partial refund.

Refund process & method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing. Bank charges levied by your institution are outside our control.
